Our firm is looking for passionate, dedicated, efficient, organised and logical staff to join our team as a Compliance and Administration Assistant.

We focus on helping our clients to achieve positive results in removing detrimental listings from their credit files.

We are seeking a multi-skilled Compliance and Administration Assistant who possess real life experience and the true essence of common sense.

Our firm is looking for an individual who has a passion for law and have experience to think outside the box with their approach to solving issues and actively look at constantly improving themselves and their work.

We are currently looking for an Assistant Compliance Officer who will support the Administration and Compliance Team by keeping current with applicable banking policies, procedures, laws, and best practices.

The Assistant will also assist with the coordination of compliance audits, archiving files and preparing sales trends reports for our CEO and audits.

Duties:
• Drafting initial documents to clients;
• Checking & following up clients
• Compliance checks;
• Sales trends report to CEO;
• OCR'ing and saving scanned archiving;
• Assists with internal audits;
• Assists with examinations, including requesting and preparing materials;
• Provides on-going support to the compliance team on ad-hoc special projects, risk assessments;
• compliance reviews, and other tasks.

The successful candidate:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Administration or Business Management;
• Proficient computer skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Chrome, Skype etc;
• Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills and be able to deal effectively with all levels of
management;
• Strong research, analytical and project management skills;
• Exceptional time management;
• Professional manner and strong ethical code;
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive;
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
