JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S. start-up brand providing one-of-kind pre-tied turbans, catered to several niches. We are looking for an experienced Social Media and eCommerce VA that has the motivation, integrity, commitment, and skill-set to make the most of this opportunity. We are seeking someone who is highly organized, makes a personal commitment to giving top-quality and consistent performance. We are NOT looking for a temporary worker who bounces from jobs to jobs; the only thing we need is someone that is pro-active and willing to grow with us. Therefore, if you're just looking for a few months of work, this is not for you.

If this has caught your interest, the job requirements are listed below:

1. Social Media Management: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube

-Researching, curating, updating content on our social channels
-Schedule posts across all our social media platforms, for 3 posts a day
-Create and implement organic strategies to increase our followers
-Assist in Facebook/YouTube lives/IGTV
-Build organic email list
-Create and send daily newsletter/email marketing
-Create and publish a weekly blog post
-Create daily forum/group/page posts and include link to our website/social media pages
-Create campaigns for Facebook/Instagram ads, Google ads, YouTube ads, and monitor/analyze the results
-Install Facebook pixel/set up retargeting hacks
-Research bloggers/influencers for collaboration
-Video editing and marketing: create, edit and upload videos on YouTube, at least 2 videos a week

2. eCommerce Management

-Set up and/or manage multiple eCommerce channels/marketplaces: Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, Poshmark, Google Shopping, Facebook Shop, Facebook Messenger, etc.
-Orders Fulfillment
-Creating all relevant forms for the shop
-Issuing Refunds
-Product Research
-Product Listing
-Tracking of Orders
-Product description writing/editing
-Product research
-Managing inventory
-Preparing invoices
-Set up abandonment cart emails
-SEO: editing products description and website pages to increase visibility
-Create and implement strategies to increase our online sales
-Customer service: phone, email and live supports

The starting pay is $300 a month, full-time, and the working hours are flexible. You will be paid bi-weekly, via PayPal. Please note that this is a starting salary and we usually increase salaries after a few months, based on performance.
