QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Accountant

I am seeking someone who already has a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor designation and has a firm grasp and understanding of bookkeeping and accounting. This is a full-time position and you will be using QuickBooks Online, Asana, Harvest, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and HubDoc.

DUTIES:
- Reviewing tasks in Asana, following written and video instructions for tasks, and completing tasks.
- Utilizing Harvest, an Asana plug-in, to keep track of time spent on tasks.
- Entering and reconciling bank transactions in the Banking section of QBO.
- Entering Journal Entries based on recurring tasks.
- Reviewing documents in HubDoc and recording those transactions in QBO.
- Tracking and recording bank rules and new vendors in Google Sheets for approval.
- Reconciling data in Microsoft Excel to properly record data in QBO.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current and active QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor designation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of how to record bookkeeping transactions in QBO.
- Knowledge of how to use an online task management system, such as Asana.
- Comprehensive understanding of how to use Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- General understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and how they apply to bookkeeping and accounting in a cloud-based environment.
- Good communication skills using email, WhatsApp, and other text and video-based communication ---------- SIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current and active Quickbooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor designation.
- Advanced and comprehensive understanding of QuickBooks Online.
- Direct experience using Asana in a task-based, virtual employment environment.
- Advanced and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge and understanding of payroll and payroll taxes in the United States.
- Experience using QuickBooks Online Payroll or Gusto.
