DataSunrise is seeking Support Engineers for a contract position
Responsibilities
- Provide Support for existing and new customers mainly in ENGLISH;
- Hold online meetings with clients and customers for resolving his issues;
- Be in close and direct cooperation with the development team in order to problem resolution;
- Inquire about customer’s feature requests and requirements, elaborate a product development plan in conjunction with an engineering manager and provide this plan to the customer.
Requirements
- Experience as a Tech Support Engineer;
- Experience with databases;
- Experience with SQL queries;
- Experience with Linux;
- Perfect English both verbal and written.
