Spark Real Estate is looking for an Admin Assistant to start asap!
- Handling admin tasks, such as generating reports and presentations, taking meeting notes, and reordering supplies for airbnb properties
- Making travel arrangements, such as signing up for events, booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
Handle basic tasks related to social media such as writing and proofreading captions, scheduling posts, etc.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- MUST have decent internet connection and noise cancelling headset
Shift: 11:00PM PHT to 3:00AM PHT (hours might increase depending on performance)
