JOB OVERVIEW

An established growing lifestyle eCommerce brand, selling beauty, fashion and lifestyle products is looking for a talented and attentive eCommerce Support Virtual Assistant to create fun and vibrant content for our brand, have marketing abilities, highly organized, self-starter, quick to learn and able to work under law supervision for a long-term Upgrade to see actual info's a full-time home-based position for the afternoon/evening hours.

The job will require:
- Email and FB support.
- Amazon support and communication.
- Social Media moderation.
- Fulfill products in Oberlo and input tracking numbers.
- Call back customers regarding support or inquiry.
- Research and data entry.
- Communicate with marketing team suggestions from the customers
- Provide a day to day overview of the common questions and concerns that customers face.

Job Qualifications
The employee must have:
•Detailed oriented and able to consistently produce high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
•Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling and adapting as necessary
•Should have a perfect fluent American English writing and reading level, love and understanding of fashion and lifestyle brands.
•Headset and a working reliable desktop/laptop computer.
•Distraction-free workspace with a stable reliable fast internet connection. (and backup)
•PayPal account to accept payment.

•If you worked with brands and social accounts and you can share their links,
please send it too.
