Looking for a smart and very organized VA with Perfect English to support me with Google Advertising campaig

I’m hiring a Virtual Assistant with great English skills to help with creating and managing multiple digital Ads Upgrade to see actual infote: While experience with online performance advertising, specifically Google Ads is a plus (but NO must), I rank the below qualities far higher. If you are fresh out of school with no prior work experiences, please highlight academic accomplishments.

* I am involved in performance advertising, i.e cost-efficiently generate leads for digital businesses (e.g. app installs)
* I am doing this for 5+ years

* I own a US Company located in California

ABOUT THE POSITION:
* Create/access virtual computers and establish a "persona" by browsing websites (news sites, youtube videos, sign up to various social media sites, email, etc) and establish that persona. You will evolve each profile over a period of weeks.
* Sign up to ad networks and create ad campaigns and ads (you will be instructed on how to do this)
* Monitor results and make changes to the campaigns and create new campaigns and ad sets. Ensure we don't lose money and keep campaigns profitable
* Report numbers in excel sheet

Note: All these ad accounts will be located in the US and you should NOT access these ad accounts outside of the window 6am and 11pm local US time.

This pretty much EXCLUDES your local time between 1pm and 6pm.
Only apply, if you can work around those hours, this includes your early morning, overnight or late evening/night hours. I’m considering hiring 2 people to work half a day each to cover those Upgrade to see actual info depends on who applies. If you apply to work overnight or early morning hours, please let me know why you think you will be able to work at these times without falling asleep. I can absolutely not hire sleep-deprived people as this job has a considerable risk of costly mistakes.

I posted this as full time. But more than likely because of the above time zone challenges I will start you at part time.

Also: I posted this job relatively spontaneously and will not have a lot of written instructions. Thus, we will do the tasks together while on a Skype call for the first few weeks. You have to be available during daytime PST hours to do these sessions with me.
