Recruitment Sales/Lead Generator

We are a UK based recruitment agency that has initiated its foothold in various sectors, from engineering to health sectors. Although we don't have a huge client base, but we are looking to continue growth through B2B sales approach, maintainig current relations, and building a brand. We are looking for an additional team member who has enthusiasm and a never give up mentality. Fun and relaxed atmosphere to help you perform at your best.

With a proven track record sales, we would expect you to continue your skills and expertise with us, which you will be awarded for should you successfully achieve sales. Awarding you in the form of Incentives for lead generation and an uncapped commission based earnings on top of your basic salary.

The Job role:
- to generate leads to your chosen sector/industry
- maintain excellent communications with the team and director
- plan ahead a strategy and cold calling/emailing lists and directory
- proficient in IT skills, use of MS packages such as word, excel, powerpoint etc.
- excellent administrative skills

- work to targets and goals
- you will be required to assist director with general admin duties
- prioritise workload and work to your own initiative
- reporting directly to the director
- you will be expected to create your own directory through research
- meet agreed sales target
- weekly review meetings with director

Essential for the role:
- minimum 3+ years within the recruitment industry experience
- minimum 3+ years B2B sales experience
- work to UK office hours (9am to 5:30pm UK time)
- maturity of attitude and reliable character
- honest and professional
- confident with an outgoing personality
- excellent level of English, verbal and written
- excellent listening skills
- excellent working internet connection

- Takes ownership and responds positively and with pace to performance issues both informally and formally

Training will be provided to get you started, but we are looking for someone who will hit the ground running.
