About the job:
We are interested in a Technical Support Rep to take incoming calls with questions about our software products to assist customers. This person will also have to make outbound return calls to customers to follow up on status and solutions. The person who is a best fit for this job will speak excellent English, demonstrate empathy and a willingness to go above and beyond. The hours for this job are 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM GMT+8. This is a full time, long term permission for the person who is able to deliver quality results.

Requirements:
1. You must speak excellent, clear English.
