Rockstar Bookkeeper Needed

Hey there, Rockstar Bookkeeper!

My business partner and I own a rapidly growing bookkeeping company based in the US, who helps home service business owners with their financial needs, providing education and bookkeeping services. We have experienced rapid growth over the last few months, and we are growing our team and are looking for a full-time professional bookeeper (with experience) to be a part of our family.

Below is a list of potential tasks on a day-to-day basis :

- Accounts Payable – Post auto payments, payments issued
- Accounts Receivable – Post payments received
- Vendors – Maintain vendors, prepare for 1099s
- Employees – Post payroll journal entry as needed
- GL – Post journal entries, maintain chart of accounts
- Reconciliation – Weekly bank reconciliations
- Reporting – Monthly financial statements, Annual reporting
- Calling, emailing and communicating with clients (must speak fluent English)
- Must have experience in using the following : QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets/Docs/Drive, LastPass
- Must have QuickBooks Online Certification (Advanced Preferred)
- Highly preferred if you have had experience using : Gusto, Expensify, InfusionSoft
- On-Call working hours are 7AM - 4PM (Pacific Standard Time)
