JOB OVERVIEW

Hi

We are looking for a very experienced Amazon US customer support Agent who can answer customer queries, remove negative feedbacks and keep our account safe and healthy.

You also need to track the order Tracking till the item reaches the customer, inform the customer and fulfillment team if any issue with tracking so we can reorder. You also need to help us create a dedicated process for our business . .

You need to have very good English and customer support skills to make sure we do not get bad reviews and able to handle the situation well

You need to know about dropshipping, Amazon, Walmart and Very good at excel or google sheets to maintain the record of all orders and trackings.
You will also need to learn additional software which we use.

On top of this if you are good at Quickbooks that will be an advantage.
Good pay and long term job for right candidate
