About Adele Frizzell LLC
We are certified coaches with backgrounds in personal training, weight loss, health, and nutrition. We bring a high-touch, holistic, habit-based approach to online coaching. We use diet and exercise tools as well as behavioral psychology principles to help our clients reach their health goals.

We help women lose weight, get fit, and learn how to stay lean without killing themselves in the gym or depriving themselves of foods they enjoy. We teach our clients about nutrition, strength training, fat loss, mindset, and habit change.

The Position
We’re looking for an organized, personable, and enthusiastic team member to take amazing care of our clients and our team.

• Probationary period: 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

General administrative tasks: organize digital files, answer emails throughout the day, data entry, document creation, scheduling social media posts in Later, and basic graphic design tasks (e.g. Instagram posts in Canva). Also, scheduling of blog posts in WordPress, SEO optimization on blog posts, ordering of product on Amazon, attending team calls, emailing out client contracts (via SignEasy) keeping checklists, uploading videos to Vimeo and files to Google Drive, and assisting with client onboarding tasks plus additional tasks as needed.

Some of these tasks need to be completed same day, between the hours of 9-5 Central Time, while others can be done within 24 hours, and/or within a few days. You will be given a mailbox to monitor, access to software tools, and training.

Location:
Online. You should be willing to work between the hours of 9-5 Central Time plus/minus 1 hour. We are located in Texas.

Hours are flexible but you must be available to answer emails in the mornings and afternoons and attend scheduled Team meetings 1-2x a week via Zoom.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Knowledge and experience:
Must haves:
o A computer with current antivirus software, Microsoft Office, webcam, smartphone, and headphones with mic
o Excellent Internet connection (fast and reliable)
o Superior customer service skills
o Minimum of 6 months of virtual assistant/remote administrative experience
o Advanced English skills with fantastic writing skills on par with native speaker (all client communication is done via email)
o Knowledge of Canva (or similar), Gmail, Word, Excel, Google Drive and Google Docs
o Knowledge of Later or similar social media management tools
o Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
o Superior spelling and grammar skills for proofing documents
o Ability to multitask and come up with ideas to improve on processes and customer service

Nice-to-haves: (Please indicate if you have any of the following skills)
o Knowledge of Gsuite, Zoom, Loom, Active Campaign, WordPress, Clickfunnels, SEO
o Knowledge of graphic design; Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
o Ability to edit videos, manage sales funnels and pipelines in Active Campaign
o Previous virtual assistant/remote administrative/graphic design/marketing/social media management experience
o Social media and tech-savvy
