Joomla Web Designer - Long Term Position

I'm looking to find a long term Employee that I can depend on. Your responsibilities and pay can grow overtime.
I have had a Marketing Agency for over 10 years and manage around 100 clients monthly. Currently by myself.

The Person:
I'm looking for someone that has a positive attitude, is patient and detail oriented. Someone that will reread their email before sending it. A person that takes pride in their work and thinks long term. You should like your work and look to continue learning. If you help me, I will take care of you.

Expectations:
I expect you to complete your work in a timely manner. To double check your work and communicate in a clear and concise way. You won't have many deadlines and I try to keep work low stress but you must stay on task because I don't micromanage your time. If work isn't being done you will be let go. I'm respectful of personal time so if you have a birthday, graduation or holiday let me know with time and you are welcome to have a day off or half day.

Time Zone:
I'm in California so I prefer if you can work at least part of the time in my timezone.
Start time is negotiable. If you could start at 6:30am Philippines Time that should be ok. If you can start at 6am even better.

Must Have Skills:
1) Good English- You don't have to be perfect but 70%

2) Web Design - Joomla Skills 2.5 to current - The majority of the work is with Joomla so you must know it well
- Menu and page creation
- pages built with sp page builder
- template editing (you don't need to build templates but you must be able to edit css)
- You must know css very well, bootstrap as well
- basic php is a a bonus - let me know your experience
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator to save or create assets for website
- Basic Wordpress Skills

3) SEO - You should have a basic understanding of on page SEO
- title tags, descriptions
- proper html structure using heading tags - h1, h2 etc.
- really basic stuff

Bonus Section:
If you know any of these please let me know your experience on a scale of 1-10
(I will discuss this in the interview so please don't lie)
- Google Ads or are certified
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Google Data Studio
- Any other CMS you have worked with?
- virtuemart or woocommerce
- Whm or Cpanel
- Facebook Ads or pixel
- js, php or any other language?


Tools I work with and you will need:
Dropbox
Notepad++
Filezilla or other ftp program
Photoshop ( or equivalent software to edit and resize photos )
Illustrator ( or equivalent software to save graphics for web - no design work )
