2. Each of you who have registered will be sent emails for all jobs as they are formed.
3. You can then pick whichever ones you want to do, choosing more than one.
4. The first 2 applicants who accept each job will automatically be able to do it independently.

6. It isn’t started within 3 hours of acceptance
7. It isn’t completed within 48 hrs of acceptance
8. It isn’t satisfactorily completed
9. A total of 50 types of jobs will eventually be offered.

Jobs listed below will be offered on a regular basis.
Registering yourself using the link above will ensure that you will be offered every job that is posted.
All payments will be via PayPal so you must have a PayPal account.
The value of the job will be provided with every job offered. Mostly they will be between US$ 0.05 - US$ 4.00. Some could be of higher value.
You can take on as many jobs or tasks as you want, even at the same time.
You will need to have a Gmail Account in order to view the documents we provide as samples and to enter data or information to complete the job.

1. If a job offered has not been started by the applicant within 3 hours of accepting the job, it will be given to another applicant. 2. This will be treated as incomplete on your ranking.
3. After you take up the job, the job has to be completed and submitted within 48 hrs or again it will be passed on to someone 4. else even if you have done part work. This will also affect your ranking.
5. You will only be paid for work completed within the stipulated time.

Content writing combining & rephrasing:
1. You will receive two different sheets that have content. make this content in one sheet
2. Summarized the two sheet to provide relevant content for websites
3. The content should be rephrased (reword the paragraph or text) but the wording has to be on your own
4. The paragraph should be at least 175 to 250 words
5. The content should be rephrased (rewording of a paragraph or text) but the wording has to be on your own.
6. Check for grammar and spelling

Other types of tasks or jobs will be added as needed. If you have registered, you will be notified about them.

>>Payment

When the job is completed and submitted to Varal you will be paid
via Paypal after Varal has examined your work.

Your performance will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

How quickly the job was taken up
How quickly the job is completed
How accurate is the data or result
How complete is the data or result

All those signed up with the Varal Outsourcee Club [VOC] will be ranked based on the above criteria. Those with higher ranks will be offered more jobs. Those who are consistently ranked low will stop being offered jobs over time.

If a job is accepted by the applicant, then it must be completed.
