Android programmer who is skilled with all things related to GPS and maps

I’m looking for someone to program a Android app for me.
I have very detailed documentation of the project, but in this message I’ll list the core functionality. Please review it and let me know that’s within your area of expertise.
- The main purpose of the app is processing GPS data that the app collects.
- The app shows a satellite map or a regular map.
- On that map dots and lines are drawn.
- The map can be moved, zoomed in and out.
- The app must show a pointer with distance to a way point.
- The app calculates the (total) distance between all points.
- If 3 or more points the app calculates the area, which can be a very complex shape with 100’s of edges.

- The app draws a few graphs (bell curves)
- The app will average coordinates with DRMS
