Skip-tracing / Researcher

1. Can you do Skip-tracing with the intention to find some people or their relatives on Social Networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, etc.?)
2. Can you make a call when needing and mention good news to some people?
3. Can you do some research for a former owner of a property in Social Networks and Google some relatives?
4. Finally, can you be my personal assistant in some of the office things I needed to be done?
