Rockstar Cold Caller 12 hrs/wk (Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat from 5-8 PM EST)

THIS POSITION IS 12HRS A WEEK. THE SALARY IS UP TO $200/MONTH.+

We currently have a position open for a cold caller. This position requires you to make calls for three hours per day, 4 days a week. You will be contacting property owners to find out if they are interested in selling and if so, how quickly. You will collect basic information from owners and Identify them as either hot, warm or cold leads and schedule them for follow-up. A script will be provided.

You must have experience with the smrtPhone autodialer and Podio. Some skip tracing may be involved.

You will make calls on WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY and SATURDAY FROM 5-8 PM EST.

Requirements for this position:

1. Must speak clear English. Spanish is a plus.
2. Three years of cold-calling experience.
3. Three years of interviewing experience.
4. At least two years of experience with smrtDialer.
5. At least two years of experience appointment setting in Podio..
6. Experience working in the Real Estate industry.
7. Ability to improvise if it's necessary to go off script.
7. Some closing skills.
