Job Title: Content Creator
Compensation: $300 /mo (part-time first) 3 hours per day |Flexible time
Location: Virtual/anywhere

Intro:
We have an Instagram marketing agency called Explora Media and we help entrepreneurs grow more followers on Instagram using our proven formula of influencer marketing.

About the Job:
We’re looking for a rockstar Content Creator to take care of creating content for clients to deliver amazing results and drastically increase the engagement on our clients’ Instagram pages. As our Content Creator you will be responsible for the following tasks:

*Creating high-quality content for clients to post on their Instagram pages
*Editing videos for clients to post on their Instagram pages
*Editing photos of our clients on Lightroom
*Creating covers/thumbnails, infographics
*Researching what gets engagement on Instagram and what doesn’t
*Managing the content Google Drive of our clients
*Etc, etc, etc

Requirements:
As the title says, we’re looking for a “Content Creator” and this doesn’t mean anybody… You must satisfy all of the following requirements to be considered for this job:


*Knows how to use and edit pictures in Lightroom
*Good at making info-graphics (ideally knows how to create custom cartoon figures)
*Has a solid understanding of what content goes viral on Instagram and what doesn't
*Experienced with video editing (basic skills needed)
*Good with Photoshop
*Very organized
*Ideally a “perfectionist”

Bonus:
*Basic understanding of social media marketing (Instagram)
*Basic understanding of sales copywriting
*Basic understanding of marketing/human psychology
*Knowledge of landing pages, funnels, conversions, etc.
