Remote Recruiter

We are a Singapore based company and we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Remote Recruiter to join our team!

The role will start as part time (flexible working hours between 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday) and eventually into full time upon evaluation.

The role will involve-
- full cycle recruitment for different positions
- understand job description and ability to liaise with hiring managers and stakeholders
- source candidates (must be skilled with passive sourcing and boolean techniques)
- conduct in depth interviews via Zoom
- candidate job offer and onboarding
- meeting recruitment targets and KPIs

The successful candidate must be flexible and open to changes. Minimum of 2 years experience in full cycle recruitment is required for this role.
