WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who understands what it takes to grow an early stage technology startup - working with the entire team to create the building blocks of our growth and marketing efforts.

Your typical week will be spent on lead generation, outreach, and email tactics - and helping us test, validate, rollout and report all things growth.

WHERE WILL YOU WORK FROM?

Like the rest of the team, you can work remotely from anywhere in the Philippines. All you need is a place to work and a stable, high-speed Internet connection.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Lead generation and research--finding brands to join our community
- Outreach through emails, LinkedIn, Instagram DMs to these leads
- Refining and iterating on messaging and outreach tactics
- Compiling results from your into relevant tracking spreadsheets and sharing performance reports and insights with the team
- Tracking customer campaigns for those with strong Ampjar engagement
- Supporting the team with spotting user accounts for special features across all channels, interacting with such user accounts
- Identifying and proposing new marketing experiments for paid (including adwords and paid social) and email channels, in order to validate winners for growth
- Assisting with outreach and engagement on social media

OUR REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years background in marketing and/or sales, with experience in lead generation, copywriting, or email.
- Strong ability to identify high impact growth opportunities
- Strong ability to ruthlessly prioritize tasks based on business need and short term impact
- Be an excellent communicator with exceptional verbal and written skills.
- Be a problem solver with the ability to respond creatively to unexpected situations and turn problems into opportunities.
- Be willing to work independently and in a team focused collaborative environment with integration and reporting into the wider team.
- Be proactive, self-motivated, willing to learn, and a team player who likes to roll with change.
- Quickly become an Ampjar master, jump on board and learn the system like the back of your hand.

NICE TO HAVE
- Growth marketing experience where you’ve worked on at least one early stage product’s growth research
- Any experience in marketplace growth, whether in customer support, product, sales or analytics
- Experience using Slack, Hubspot, LinkedIn, and lead generation tools such as FindThatLead
- Experience working remotely and in the digital space
