JOB TITLE: Community & Email Growth Manager (Philippines)
LOCATION: Remote, with crossover into multiple timezones (mainly GMT +8 and GMT +11, occasionally US timezones)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who understands what it takes to grow an early stage technology startup - working with the entire team to create the building blocks of our growth and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has some management and sales/email marketing experience.

Your typical week will be spent on ensuring the success of cold outreach efforts. You will be hands on in monitoring and improving the work of our community team in lead generation, outreach, and email tactics. You will be in charge of helping us oversee and report all things growth.

WHERE WILL YOU WORK FROM?

Like the rest of the team, you can work remotely from anywhere in the Philippines. All you need is a place to work and a stable, high-speed Internet connection.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Managing an outreach team of 9 people who are dedicated to lead generation and cold emailing -- empowering and supporting them in their efforts to hit customer growth targets
Training new team members based on processes and best practices for cold outreach
Regular check ins and support to ensure the team achieves targets and deadlines
Consolidating and reporting on the performance of the outreach team to the rest of the company
Identifying gaps in the current outreach process and suggesting improvements

Email
campaign management and support for our lead email marketer
Identifying and proposing new marketing experiments for paid (including adwords and paid social) and email channels, in order to validate winners for growth

OUR REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years background in marketing and/or sales, with experience in email campaign management, lead generation, or copywriting
Experience in managing a team of 5-10 people
Experience in using Marketing and Sales hubs of Hubspot for growth
Strong ability to identify high impact growth opportunities
Strong ability to ruthlessly prioritize tasks based on business need and short term impact
Be an excellent communicator with exceptional verbal and written skills.
Be a problem solver with the ability to respond creatively to unexpected situations and turn problems into opportunities.
Be willing to work independently and in a team focused collaborative environment with integration and reporting into the wider team.
Be proactive, self-motivated, willing to learn, and a team player who likes to roll with change.
Quickly become an Ampjar master, jump on board and learn the system like the back of your hand.

NICE TO HAVE
Growth marketing experience where you’ve worked on at least one early stage product’s growth research
Any experience in marketplace growth, whether in customer support, product, sales or analytics
Experience using Slack, Hubspot, Reply, LinkedIn, and lead generation tools such as FindThatLead
Experience working remotely and in the digital space
