Full Time SEO Manager, Developer & Specialist – Website Link building, Content Blog Writer, Keyword Researcher

We’re looking for a motivated, hardworking and experienced SEO manager to join our in-house team! This is a great opportunity for someone to make a big difference in our company and quickly improve our website’s performance. You will have a range of responsibilities and be trusted to use your expertise in the most effective ways possible to drive success! We have been doing business online since 1999 and are currently growing our business and product line. Our products consist of musical instrument accessories and pro-audio gear. Since Music instrument accessories is what our company is about, then it is a big plus if you are a musician (former or current), or have any basic background in playing a musical instrument or have worked with performance stage Upgrade to see actual info is important to us that you know the subject that you are writing/blogging about.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that improves our SEO and organic traffic. This includes on-page optimization, link building, keyword research, monitoring, analysis and reporting. Please note - 90% of the work in your role will be off-site. This means knowledge and experience in link building tactics and content strategy is essential.

We’re looking for a white-hat SEO who doesn’t use any risky, black-hat strategies. All work must be manual! You will be independently working to improve our rankings, using a range of strategies and tactics to drive our site to the top of the SERPs! There is lots of potential for progression in this role and the successful applicant can expect to be rewarded for their hard work.

**This position is 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday** The hired candidate will be working from their home office, on their equipment, and will work in their own time zone 8AM to 5PM (minus 1 hour for lunch break) (40 hours a week). The hired candidate will be given paid holidays, vacation and sick leave. If hired, you must not have another part time or full time job. As your work dedication must be completely with our company

Daily Tasks
Here are some of the tasks and responsibilities you will be expected to carry out on a day-to-day basis:

Keyword research
Website/webpage audits
Off-page optimization
Link building & anchor text sculpting
On-page optimization
Technical SEO
SEO content writing
Analytics and search console monitoring
SEO strategy development
Reporting and planning
Search Engine Marketing work
Working on the latest SEO off-page strategies and commercial methods

This is not a complete list - you will be using the whole spectrum of white-hat SEO to improve website performance.
Key Requirements
Below, we’ve listed a few key requirements that the successful applicant must be able to demonstrate:

Ability to work independently and lead the project on your own
Applicants must have a vast knowledge of off-page SEO
Knowledge of keyword research and SEO blog writing
Online reputation management
Quality backlink building
All work must be manual - no risky tactics that could harm our site

You must also be able to work towards our main SEO/SEO goals of:

Increased traffic from organic search
Increased search engine rankings for relevant keywords
Increased rankings on our sales channels for individual listings, such as Ebay, Amazon and Wal-Mart

Other General Requirements
• Able to operate efficiently during the hours 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. for your Time. One hour is allowed for lunch.
• Ability to write in American English (fluently)
• High school degree
• Separate, closed-off space in your home office, where background sounds will not be heard by customers.
• Your own dependable computer and high-speed internet connection (at least 2.0 megabits download speed)
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel
• Must be very good at working with different desktop software applications
• Must be able to type at least 40 words per minute.
• Must have a basic understanding of music instruments.
• Must not have another part time or full time job.
Personal Skills/Traits
Ideally, the successful applicant will have:

At least 24 months experience in the industry
A genuine interest in SEO/SEM and marketing
Great communication skills
Ability to use analytics and data to create actionable strategies
Reporting experience
Relevant education
Ability to work independently (but also able to work well with a team)
Basic business and digital marketing knowledge
Confidence to edit websites without a developer (no coding experience required)
