Social Media Content Writer for Christian Churches

About the position:
ChurchMarketing.is is seeking an awesome 100% remote / work-from-home Social Media Content Planner. You would be responsible for planning and managing all client social media content - refining the strategy based on the client’s objectives, copywriting, selecting the appropriate pictures based on your proposed content, and hit our social media benchmarks.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have experience working with Christian Churches.
Must have nearly perfect English skills
Must have experience writing social media content
Must be able to work at least 20-30 hours per week
Must be able to work on week-days and respond to emails/slack messages promptly

Responsibilities:
Plan content for our clients based on their objectives and our proven content strategy
Ensure that the content meets the client’s objective (website visits, events awareness, engagement, etc.)
Ensure that the church’s content matches their culture and voice.
Manage the project management tasks for graphics and pictures
Ensure that the content is posted at the scheduled time that it’s supposed to post - double checking your work
Ensure that the content is posted without grammar/spelling errors.

Expectations:
Required Hours: 20-30 hours per week
100% Remote
$5-7/hr based on experience
Respond to all communication (internal and external) within 24 hours, ideally within 8-12 hours if possible.
Be proactive and execute with excellence. If there are problems, fix them.
