Social Media Marketing Assistant - PART TIME UP TO 20 HOURS PER WEEK

Brilliant Customer Service, providers in Training, Coaching, and Consulting

We help organisations, big and small, to improve their customer service, support, and sales performance. We do this in three ways – by assessing, training and coaching. With over 25 years of experience in designing, developing and delivering customer service training business skills training workshops and customer service skills at-the-desk coaching.

Part-time position to complete the following tasks:

- Build, manage and update four WordPress websites, including, posting blogs, updating keywords, SEO optimisation and listings.
- Manage our social media posts, especially youtube, Upgrade to see actual info and Facebook
- Manage email marketing, including autoresponder and subscriber lists

Must have a good standard of written English and experience in these three areas.

Online training provided.
