My main aim over the next year is to establish a presence online with my Real Estate business which will include blogging, putting together graphics, creating Videos and presentation of the property projects.
The role is split into 2 sections: 1st section is VACATION RENTALS updating prices on different vacation rental websites, setting appointments with the cleaning staff and managing the logistics of guests as well as online marketing of the vacation rental
The 2nd section is Property Investment and refurbishment: aim is to assist in marketing and sending out campaigns to build a list of clients and contacts for upcoming refurbishment projects and follow up with potential investors looking to find out more or for clients looking to undertake work. Research and blog about relevant topics ( we will build up a marketing campaign calendar together as well).
Personal assisting to arrange meetings, keep and maintain list of contacts and clients;
send out invoices, maintain expense spreadsheets and send out contracts.
I'm also putting together a training on how to do Real estate in the UK so i will need help on how to do webinars, podcasts, creating logos and graphics for all the campaigns, power point slides and interesting presentation of material

Im based in the UK so some UK hours would be required.
