Supply Chain Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for tracking orders and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy and in order to maximize efficiency and productivity. Experience in dealing with Chinese vendors is a plus

Responsibilities

Ensure products movements from suppliers to outlets
Take inventory and analyze all documentation such as invoices, bills, and other supply documents.
Prepare shipping documentation
Solve complaints and problems
Monitor the stock levels
Identify process issues and implement solutions in a timely manner
Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors
Build and maintain good relationships with vendors


Requirements

Previous working experience as a Supply Assistant for 2 years
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
