RESPONSIBILITIES

- Respond to questions and help users solve their issues
- Understand users' goals and coach them to meet their goals
- Celebrate and encourage users
- Log bug reports and feature requests
- Use Gmail,
- Work flexible shift schedule in US PST time zone (40+ hours per week)

- Perfect conversational written and spoken English (casual and concise)
- Positive attitude, high energy, fast learner
- Computer, microphone, and a quiet space to focus at home
- Great internet connection, 99% up time
