Who we’re looking for
We are seeking analysts with superior analytical and writing communication skills, to work in a temporary (seasonal) position in the Philippines for a major U.S. proxy advisory firm.

Key responsibilities
• analyzing the corporate proxy materials of publicly traded companies,
• writing concise analytical reports and making proxy voting recommendations for institutional clients in a prescribed format according to the firm's voting guidelines.

Qualifications and skills
• Minimum BA degree
• Required a full-time commitment and dedication to quality and professionalism
• Required language: English.
• Computer literacy - Proficient with Email and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Candidate must be detail oriented and well organized
• Candidate must achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company
• Working experience in the related field is a big advantage for this position
• Must have stable and reliable internet connection and own computer
