JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for rockstar VAs who specializes in Email Customer Service and Social Media Management

*** MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ***

ONE SLOT AVAILABLE.

BEST - means you have the heart to work as a customer service representative. We want to hire only those who have the right initiative and can work with integrity. Must have the skill of a good customer service agent that knows how to transition difficult situations into a better/best one.

MUST also have great English communication skill especially in writing.

Tasks:
*Assist emails in a timely manner, making sure no emails are sitting for a couple of hours before answering.
*Social Media Management through Facebook
*Must know how to use Google Sheets.
*Familiar with Help-Scout

Workdays:
Saturday and Sunday
Time: TBD

Rate: $2/hr PLUS bonuses upon performance evaluation!
