We are a fast-growing SaaS company looking for a full-time, experienced technical customer support team member.

At Fresh Labs, we create cutting edge and innovative SaaS products, such as Fresh Store and FastPress. We are a small and close team of 9 people.

Our three focuses as a company are:

We are looking for someone who is technically minded and a great communicator, as you will be providing support directly to our customers. You will also need to communicate well with our team, be organised with following up on issues and be eager to learn new skills.

Requirements:
- Can speak fluent English
- Is a fast learner
- Very Technical
- Extremely reliable
- Motivated, Go-getter attitude
- Polite & respectful with customer communication
- Can type fast
- Has a high attention to detail
- Has experience with SaaS product support
- Ability to replicate and debug product issues
- Ability to document issues clearly and concisely

Bonus requirements
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Knowledge of hosting environments (e.g. FTP, cPanel, phpMyAdmin)
- Knowledge of programming languages
