Kronos Support / Implementation Agent

We are a growing HR / Benefits / Payroll company based in the USA. We have a small team of dedicated workers in the Philippines who are our experts at HR and Payroll. We are looking for someone who can join the team and hit the ground running in fielding support requests, helping with implementation, and other projects. You will report directly to the implementation manager, and primarily assist her in new company buildouts and client communications.

There are many great customer service people, marketing people, even tech people on here! This job post is looking for someone VERY specific. If you have worked in Kronos Work Force Ready, not as a person who punches in and out, or even a manager who approved time, but as someone who actually administered the software, or implemented it, or provided customer support for it, APPLY TODAY!

Excellent written and verbal English is required.
