Fraud and Dispute Specialist

Our company is looking for a Home-based Fraud and Dispute Specialist who can respond to customers that claim fraud and dispute their charges.

We prefer candidates with these qualities:

- Excellent English communication skills
- Tech-savvy
- Comfortable with flexible working hours and graveyard shifts
- Previous experience working in customer service is a plus
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
