Customer Service

we are looking for an expert customer service representative (a woman has family ) with experience working in E-Commerce. we currently have one experienced member on our customer service team and we are looking to add a new member.

you will be trained by our current customer service representative when you apply, respond by your full name, email address, skype id, and your real age, tell us about your previous customer service experience

Requirements:
- experince doing costumer service for E-commerce

Payment:
- monthly, at this moment we do not have massive customer support, the payment will be increased monthly depending on how many customers you responding to.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests in perfect English
- Issue refund according to our refund policy
- Re-send products to costumers when needed
- respond to all customer inquiries quickly accurately ( within 2 business days, preferably 1)
- Communicate on skype daily with our support team
- Display a high level of professionalism at all times
