Dynamic VA/Scouts to join our growing team

As a VIDA Scout, one of the things you’ll get to do is use VIDA’s resources to identify people who meet your client’s “ideal partner” criteria - and hopefully find them “The One!”

This is a full-time position. Hours are from 11 pm to 11 am PHT, and you can set your own schedule within that time frame. To start, the position is 7 days a week but upon completing the 3-month training process, you’ll have a regular day off. While training, you’ll start at $3.00 and quickly move to a commission based pay wherein there is potential to make more.

VIDA Select is a 100% virtual company, with contractors living all over the world. You’ll be working with a team of writers, as well as our Philippines-based Scout manager.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

Access online profiles and identify people who match each client’s list of Upgrade to see actual infond messages to candidates using pre-written templates.
Configure client accounts as Upgrade to see actual infoput and track data as needed in VIDA’s CRM system and spreadsheets.
Participate in two group meetings each month - one team meeting and one company meeting...and one informal weekly call with your closest teammate.
