Wordpress Landing Page Builder

Build a 1-3 page Wordpress website on my hosting platform, HostNine. I need to have (5) websites built now. I will hire a website builder for (1) site first. If we work well together, I will hire you to build the other (4) websites. We are always building service websites, so there could be more work in the near future. I will provide (5) website links to use as an example of the kind of design I am looking for. I will provide the content and pictures with a general idea of page layout. You must be familiar with SEO so the site will be optimized with the right subject line, keywords and tags in the right places. Most sites will be one-page at first. Some will require 2-3 pages. The sites are simple - Business name, clickable phone number, contact form, photo zoom. These services websites are for businesses like window replacement, roofing, exterior painting, custom home building, water heater service and replacement, pressure washing, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, etc. I will pay $15/USD for a one-page site and $5/USD for each additional page.
