Hello,
We are a design and manufacturing company with a few different brands sold online and some dealers.
There is a problem keeping all our team members on task and focused on the right responsibilities, lack of follow through, goals, etc.
We do use Trello boards, but not enough.
Need help defining goals and job responsibilities clear
Team members are working on things such as online catalogs, multiple social media accounts, blogging... whole brand management.
I am an engineer and not a marketer, however I spend too much time doing non product development work. My team is constantly seeking my approval and waiting. This is not ok. My concern if that our branding is clear to the customer. My opinion does not
I need help in them being more self sufficient and fulfilling their responsibilities they have been assigned.
Also, when new methods reaching customers starts trending we need to take advantage, I should not be the one who discovers these new platforms. I am not the marketer, my team should be the ones finding and using these new things and making the recommendations and follow through testing what works for us.
For us to continue to grow and fulfill the market I need to get back to product design and getting new things into production.
