Hi,
We advertise as our client is seeking for a General VA and Social Media person to provide assistance mainly admin roles for his company. Experience in Social Media Marketing is essential.
You should have the following experience:
1. Ability to use Gmail and Google drive
2. Understand Trello and use it to manage your tasks and communicate progress
3. Managing google calendar and scheduling
4. Make purchases, chase and collate invoices and allocate them to the correct Xero company
5. Create procedures and processes from Videos we have created and continually update these procedures to seek improvement.
6. Collate articles and plan the SM calendar of postings at least a month in advance across the 4 platforms for three
- Have a good knowledge of xero accounting software
- Ability to work on graphics and photos to enhance them and produce professional looking sales collateral and SM content for posting.
You must have:
- Stable internet connection
- Be a good team player
- Flexible, trustworthy and consistent.
- Be proactive in your approach, making suggestions for improvements and increase the efficiency.
- Good English skills (verbal and written) and have an attention to detail
- A reliable Computer/laptop
- Use WhatsApp for communication
- Available to work up to 30 hours a week, 5 hours a day 5pm-10pm UK time.
