Seek Web Designer to create customized websites mockups

Hello,
We are looking for a web designer able to create webpage mockups mainly for a clientele of lawyers.
You will work on Photoshop and your mockups will be implemented by our web developer.

Your task will be:
- to benchmark some ideas of existing designs and bring up some new ideas,
- to create the webpage mockups based on validation by the client of the prior graphic charter you created.

Your mockups will strongly integrate 2 constraints:
- web development -> you will collaborate on Trello with the web developer and adjust your mockups to his constraints in order to make his workflow as smooth as possible while being enough creative to differentiate our mockups from the WP attorney templates we can find elsewhere.
- UX -> your designs will always reflect your prior concern that is the User Experience. How easy, fast and intuitive will it be to navigate the future website based on the design you created?

In terms of behavior,
- you are stable -> committed to the projects you work and able to keep your motivation in the long run,
- you are a good communicator -> at ease with communication, not afraid to regularly talk on Skype and able to send daily reports of what has been achieved),
- you have great attention to details (you are able to follow the instructions clearly or if not sure to understand them, don't hesitate to ask for clarifications),
- you have integrity,
- you are a fast worker.

We will retribute your service on a base of 3.5$ per hour worked.
