THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for an experienced bookkeeper or accountant to help us provide exceptional and accurate bookkeeping to our clients. 100% of our clients use either Xero or QuickBooks Online. You will work from home and be hired as a contractor (lots of tax benefits for you to take advantage of). The tasks will include:
• Coding bank transactions in Xero and QuickBooks
• Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Bank Reconciliations
• Payroll preparation and processing
• GST and BAS preparation
• Month End close and financial reporting

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are good with technology and used to working online. Keeping clients happy is core to who you are. Equipped with an accounting certificate or designation.
Whether you've been working for many years or just a few, you always make sure it is done right – and have that burning desire to ensure it balances!
Someone who can work our hours (or close to them), we are 2.5 hours ahead of the Philippines. You have an office setup at home with a new computer, second screen and fast, reliable internet.
You are reliable, conscientious and always available. We will keep in touch with you every day online and expect timely responses.
