Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for someone to drive our digital growth across our fast-growing business. We are looking for someone analytically minded and imaginative who can help us hit our aggressive sales and revenue targets and beyond.

Here is what the role will entail.
- Structuring, managing and optimizing e-mail marketing campaigns using Klaviyo (E-mail Marketing Software)
- Follow up with Graphic Designer regarding email content elements.
- Collaborate with Copywriter regarding email copy.
- Participate in a weekly team meeting, reporting directly to company CEO / Project Manager.
- Build Reporting Capabilities RE key e-mail KPI.
Collaborates closely with key departments in launching marketing campaigns
Sets targets and provides direction to the digital marketing team

The ideal candidate is someone who is...

-Willing to learn (as we will provide them with all the necessary training and education.)
-Enthusiastic about E-mail marketing
-Creative, analytical, self-driven, and detail-oriented
-Must have one (1) year of experience as an Email Marketing Manager.
- Excellent English is written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficient with Copywriting.
-Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar tools.
-Strong analytical skills and can translate complex data and assist management in creating actionable and profitable marketing plans.
