We are a Data Analytics startup in USA, our office is located in Portland Oregon and San Francisco California.

We are seeking highly motivated and skillful UX/UI designer dedicated to build and manage product design.

You will be working 40 hrs in US PST time M-F 9-5pm GMT -8.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Strong experience in UX design.
2. Able to design based on user's needs and do research
3. Solid skill in critical thinking and creative thinking
4. Strong in visual skills: task flows and creating scenario.
5. Expert in human centered design
6. Fast executioner
7. Ideally, you are able to have overlap for 4-5 hours with our 9a-5p time (Pacific Standard Time)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Understand the user needs (user requirement) and able to improve current scenario to be more efficient.
2. High quality user onboarding
3. Task flow and scenario audit

REQUIREMENTS:
1. You are expected to have top notch communication skill, able to comprehend complex idea.
2. You must have solid 2-3 years of experience with end-to-end modern Saas product design.
3. Fast internet and less frequency of electric outage.
