Qualifications: What you need to apply.
1 – 2 years of previous customer service experience( preferably in an ecommerce business)
Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment.
Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills.
Must have experience answering emails with applications like Zendesk
Must have excellent use of excel etc
Excellent intuition.
Above all be a people person.

Will follow directions but be personal in the answers: Take ownership of the Upgrade to see actual infospire customer loyalty: Give them a reason to come back.

Important Facts: MUST HAVE THESE FOR CONSIDERATION.
Ability to complete mandatory paid training for 3 weeks - 100% attendance is required (including).
The position is full-time hours only. Must be able to commit 40-50 hrs per week for the remainder of the year. Each week there will be a face to face meeting so must be available.
Must have a computer/PC/MAC with a compatible OS and great internet connection
Must have a computer USB headset with a microphone.

Training will be conducted for 2 weeks upon hiring.
