General Virtual Asistant

We are an e-commerce in Newport Beach, California. We create and market our products all over the internet through our awesome in-house marketing team which includes video and image editors in the Philippines to create our ads.

As our company is expanding, we are currently on the lookout for a quick-witted individual to join our team. This person will assist us in our recruitment process calling, emailing, and sending messages to our applicants.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Post job ads
- Reach out to candidates
- Following up with applicants
- Schedule interviews
- Communicate with the US team for recruitment updates

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5Mbps wired internet connection
- Knowledge in using Google Spreadsheets
- Can learn things quickly
- Very good in communicating
- Very organized
