Collections Head

Our client, a leading multinational digital bank in the world, is looking for a Collections Head at a SM to AVP level.

This is basically a start-up function. The Collections Head will be responsible for developing and starting a collection framework/strategy for ING Philippines. There is an existing Global collections policy and this person, as the one leading the start-up, will localize the ING global collections policy to fit the Philippine market.

Job Highlights:
• Apart from the development of collection policies/strategies as well as the strategic direction,
• He/she will also be responsible for the design and embedding of collections processes for both unsecured and secured credit product portfolios including personal loans, credit cards and/or mortgages.
• The Collections Head is also expected to coordinate with different departments such as the Credit, Legal, IT, and Finance Department.

Job Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience with collections in retail bank
• Background in developing collection policy/framework.
• Experience with finance technology is an advantage.
