Hello,
I am looking for someone who is able to answer phone calls for customer service along with live chat support.
REQUIREMENTS (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE FOLLOWING):
- FLUENT SPOKEN ENGLISH, YOUR ENGLISH WILL BE ASSESSED DURING A SPOKEN INTERVIEW PROCESS.
- ABLE TO WORK 9AM - 6PM EST.
- HAVE A WORKING MICROPHONE ON YOUR COMPUTER
- YOU ARE RESPONSIVE. YOU MUST PICK UP ALL CALLS ASSIGNED TO YOU.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The hours of the job are 9 am - 6 pm EST.
You will be paid hourly.
You will be required to pick up customer service calls using software on your computer.
You will be required to have a working microphone on your computer.
You will also be required to be running a chat software on your computer to respond live to customers.
