We are a growing property management company. We need an office administrator to undertake a range of tasks such as :-
Logging Guest bookings via
Responding to Guest enquiries and site feedback comments.
Undertaking research on sites like RightMove / Zoopla / Gumtree
Crosschecking
Monitor competitor pricing and recommend adjustments where needed.
Creation of Process documents.
Creation of Marketing documents.
Creation of Maintenance Manuals and Guest handbooks.
You will also need :-
Good English Writing and Speaking Skills
Previous administrative experience – any experience using Eviivo will be helpful
Positive attitude
Attention to detail and excellent organization and planning skills
Ability to anticipate needs and use sound judgment, resourcefulness and discretion
Familiarity with gmail and other cloud-based programs
A fast internet connection and computer are required and you must be willing and able to install and run TimeProof software on your computer during working hours.
Payment will be Weekly initially then moving to Monthly. Paid via EasyPay unless agreed otherwise.
10 Philippine Regular Holidays will be paid holiday days.
We will pay ‘month 13’ half way through December.
This is a FULL TIME position looking to start before the end of January.
