Customer Service/Sales Representative

As a company, Fab Promo deals in promotional products that showcase our client's brand, but it seems we are also in need an agent that would help us do the same. We are looking for people for full time employment as customer service agents with at least one year consent work experience with the same employer that can help us with the following things:

1. We need an exceptional English speaker to answer calls and emails from prospective and return customers during the working hours of 9-5pm EST.
2. We need help getting the initial lead through email or phone, converting the inquiries to quotations and emailing it to the prospective customer.
3. You should be able to communicate and relay messages to our sales team in China to solve issues on special requests given by customers.
4. You would need to communicate with customers from beginning to end on potential and ongoing orders through email or phone.
5. We would like all agents that have basic graphic design skills for product proofs, but is not required.
6. You should also be knowledgeable with workflow applications such as quick books, word, and excel.

You will be required to be available in a group video chatroom during your shift so consistently fast internet is a must. Most importantly we are looking for a well spoken bubbly personality to not only take in calls and emails but turn these leads into sales and return customers.
