PART-TIME VIRTUAL ASSISTANT POSITION

- 10 hours/week (may increase after 3-month trial)
- $4/hour (moving up to $5/hour after 3-month trial)

REQUIREMENTS

- Proficient at English
- Must be organized
- Self-motivated
- Interest in nutrition or health a bonus!

EXAMPLE TASKS:

Note. This list is an example of the tasks you would be required to do, however, it will always be changing.

- Responding to emails in support inbox
- Calendar management
- Updating and managing procedures
- Research tasks (I may require you to run research & shoot a Vidyard video of what you learn)
- Submitting daily task briefs
- Uploading, formatting & scheduling pre-written posts in WordPress
- Uploading videos to YouTube
- Basic graphic creation using Canva
- Social media posts & scheduling (Instagram & Facebook) I use Later for Instagram scheduling
- Uploading content & scheduling newsletters in Convertkit (very easy to use)

TRAINING PROTOCOL:

The first 30 days will be me handing you tasks with Vidyard video explainers. If you run into roadblocks, this is your procedure:
