Looking to hire 2 amazing employees to join our incredible Boss Babe team! Beginners welcomed!

Our company Topfoxx, sells high-end women’s eyewear and located in New York! We are looking for 2 long-term employees to join our Topfoxx family and get a growing career as our Wholesale Sales Representative.

Base + Commission | Hourly rate $4-5 an hour + 1-2% of every sale closed.
Full time position, M-F 9am-6pm EST with 1 hour lunch break (we allow flexibility, if full night shift is a problem)

Looking for a person who is Independent, highly conscientious, won’t stop searching to figure out a solution until it’s done. If you’re on the shy side but contain a strong work ethic, we want you! Strangely enough we found some of our shy applicants ended up being one of our best employees here. Everyone here will make you feel comfortable. Mostly the invert skill needed is natural intelligence to figure out and help build out our wholesale department all on your own!

Experience is not needed as long as you are someone who is willing to learn, has grit & perseverance, attention to detail, respectful and self motivated (since it’s virtual). Naturally you must be into marketing & strategizing ideas then communicating with others and can jump on a phone call to negotiate a sale, if needed. The responsibilities will include connecting with buyers from both large department stores and smaller boutiques interested in fashion accessories via email & some phone calls, as well as managing existing accounts and building on-going relationships. The candidate must be creative and innovative on ways to boost sales & accounts and must have excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
Researching & discovering new potential leads

Email
Marketing Strategy - Developing strategic emails to pitch new & existing clients.
Pitching buyers & retailers via phone calls
Assessing with the creation of all sales materials (linesheets, lookbooks, etc)
Maintain and foster close professional relationships with all Accounts to generate new sales
Team leader of wholesale department, giving the team project direction.

As we are entering our prime buying season soon, there is a lot of potential for growth very quickly.
