Facebook Ad Buyer

Hello.

We are looking to hire several smart people for positions as ad buyers in our fast growing company.

You will be buying ads for our company using Facebook. We will train you but we'd like for you to already be familiar with Facebook ads. If you are smart, hard working, loyal, and have a deep desire to earn a lot of money to provide for your family (or buy whatever you want) then this is the job for you!

Requirements:
In this job you will be in charge of large advertising budgets so we want to find someone who is smart and has a good work ethic. College graduates in media / advertising / mathematics / marketing / accounting are preferred. Prior experience in marketing and advertising is also preferred. You must be able to speak English perfectly for this role, because we will be having regular team video and voice calls. There will be a month trial to test your abilities.

Responsibilities:
-You will run facebook ads.
-You will manage and create campaigns.
-You will find and download images and videos for ads online using google, instagram, youtube, etc..
-You will also write text for ads using templates that we provide.
-You will monitor the ads profitability several times a day
-You will moderate comments on the ads.
-You will make facebook pages for our campaigns
-You will also be in charge of adjusting the budgets of the ad campaigns.
-You will need to constantly keep track of how much campaigns are spending/earning and if they are profitable or not.

Payment:
Base pay will be $1.75 - $2/hour. There will be opportunity for promotion for excellent work. Managers will earn $3 - $4/hour. We are looking for full time employees who can work full time (40 - 50 hours per week), even on weekends if needed.
There will also be a monthly bonus commission based on performance. This means we will also pay you a percentage of the profit the company Upgrade to see actual infomission structure:
Monthly profit = $15k you get a 1% commission
(BONUS: $150 or more extra per month)
Monthly profit = $30k you get a 2% commission
(BONUS: $600 or more extra per month)
Monthly profit = $50k you get 3% commission
(BONUS: $1,500 or more extra per month)
